Slight problem, how do you tell the website that you’ve completed the lessons that you need to complete to unlock the next lesson?

I’ve completed the crew equipment review, gone on to “office hours” which is just the course overview I saw at the beginning of the course, and attempted to access the next lesson on the list. If I understand correctly, this should have unlocked the next lesson, but all I get is a message saying I need to complete the crew equipment review, so…
